Day 179 - Girlfriends (Korean)
"29-year-old Song-yi (Kang Hye-jung) starts dating her handsome co-worker Jin-ho (Bae Soo-bin). But when she suspects Jin-ho might be cheating on her, she sets out to meet the "other woman," only to learn that he has not one, but two, other "girlfriends": Jin (Han Chae-young), Jin-ho's first love, is a sexy and successful party planner, while Bo-ra (Huh E-jae) is a fearless, young college student. On one hand, Song-yi wants to keep Jin-ho all to herself, but strangely enough, she grows close to the two other women and their similar taste in men becomes the basis of a great friendship."
A decent film with a very pessimistic undertone with a hint of realism. Song-yi wasn't the best main character, she wasn't that interesting as a person. Huh E-jae who played Bo-ra the college student was slightly annoying. Han Chae-young as jin was decent but still failed to make anything really good. Jin is a picture perfect example of the modern woman. Han Chae-young is the best actress in the film no hands down. Jin-Ho is a douche, he is not really interesting nor really that important. This film isn't great or good for that matter. It is a Korean film that I hope you pass up.
