Is a 2013 American slasher film and the 7th film in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise. The story picks up after the first Texas Chainsaw Massacre film. Burt Hartman burned down the sawyer household but only Jeddiah "Jed" Sawyer aka Leatherface secretly surivives along with his infant cousin Edith Sawyer who was taken by one of the town folk. But Edith Sawyer returns to Newt, Texas as Heather Miller when her biological grandmother dies leaving her with the family mansion.
It was the best new edition of the series I have ever seen. Not only was the dialogue better, the characters were more developed, the storyline was better, though 3d bothers me a bit there wasn't a lot of scenes affected by it, the ending was way better, and it goes on.
But if you suspect the typical nudity full horror movie like the 2013 Friday the 13th remake then you'll be sadden because this film has no nudity. There are a lot of close moments but the director teases us with some erotic moments not pornographic ones. I'm quite happy with the directors choice in doing so.
One problem was the dialogue which could have been tweaked a bit since some of it was un-necessary and seemed cliché.
