Not as corny as I thought, it was actually good. Like the other features in this series, number 6 contains a lot of action and star appearances. But this one takes it to a whole other level. There's the cars, women, action, and gunshots. In this series anyone can die, in real or fictional life. So that fact alone makes this film one of the better in any series. Though it should be clear that this film is the prequel to Tokyo Drift. (Somewhat Spoiler) Han dies in Tokyo which is quite sad, he was one of my favorite characters in the series. It was nice to see why he goes to Tokyo and the romance between him and Gisele while it lasted. The return of Letty wasn't all that bad of a plot point, it fits with the story and is quite justified.
I wonder what will happen to the series, Jeremy Lin won't direct the next one and Paul Walker, a key player in the series is now dead in real life. So what will happen to the series?
