Day 294 - Hitchcock (American)

Hitchcock film poster.jpg
"Hitchcock centers on the relationship between director Alfred Hitchcock (Anthony Hopkins) and his wife Alma Reville (Helen Mirren) during the making of Psycho, a controversial horror film that became one of the most acclaimed and influential works in the filmmaker's career."

A good film with an allstar cast that might make you fall in love with the. Anthony Hopkins was great as Hitchcock but I felt like there needed to be more Hitchcock in the film. Some of the cast was uncessary since some of them only have one scene like Ralph Macchino (Karate Kid). Also they original author of Psycho was not present in the film which could helped with the drama side of the film. The make up was nice as well the sets. I have to say I felt like Jessica Biel shouldn't have been in the film as I don't think she can't as well as she thinks. The film should have been more serious as he was a serious director. It was nice to see "behind the scenes" of psycho a film directed by one of my favorite directors Alfred Hitchcock.
