A very interesting film, there was some comedy but there was also a seriousness to the film. Though the torture scenes could have been less comical but they still manage to make the tortures interesting. Kim Rae-won is an interesting actor, he makes it fun to see how he's characters develop. He might start out as a bastard but becomes an great person through being a true police officer.
